THE GIFT OF SELF
Since he’s 15 years old, Fabrice Hossa tries to protect and support vulnerable people across the globe. Also, since 2017, he is convinced that nature and people are connected. Then, he decides to protect wildlife and the environment.
Raised by a mother with a strong personality who supported thousands and thousands children orphaned by AIDS in Africa. Inspired by a father who is an amazing wise and generous man, Fabrice tries to help most fragile people since he was a young teenager. He created the artistic collective Free Spirit in 2009. As an ART lover, he organized his first photography exhibition in Paris in order to raise funds to support his mother’s foundation supporting vulnerable children. 6 very talented photographers accepted to be part of that beautiful project. For the first time, Fabrice built a bridge between the beauty of ART and humanitarian projects.
IN LOVE WITH THE WORLD
In 2009, Fabrice met the adventurers Alexandre and Sonia Poussin of the AfricaTrek project. He also met Sibylle d’Orgeval of the project 7 billions others. Fabrice considers them as his mentors. He got inspired by the very long trek in Africa during 3 years by Alexandre and Sonia. He also got touched by the world tour with a bike by Sibylle. Fabrice decides to travel across the globe and meet people to listen to their story and to spread some positive energy.
Fabrice’s passions are mountains, trekking and traveling. He is literally fascinated by the beauty of nature. From Alexandre and Sonia, he learnt the lifestyle : “Dare to live your life”. From Sibylle, he learnt that the definition of happiness is gathering people and spreading positive energy all together.
BUILDING A BRIGHTER FUTURE FOR THE PLANET
AND FOR OUR CHILDREN
In love with life and with nature, in 2017, Fabrice was convinced that protecting the environment and wildlife was also a priority. As many people across the globe, he was worried about the impact of climate change. Several scientific studies have shown that when people, especially those living in developed countries but more generally including all countries, wish to reduce their carbon footprint, there are a few key « high-impact » actions they can take : we must eat less meat and dairy, swap cars for bikes, take fewer flights, and ditch gas boilers at home. It is critical that we all reduce our carbon footprint and to achieve such an objective, changing our lifestyles is the only way to meet targets.
The new Fabrice’s journey is not only to support vulnerable children but also protecting nature.
350 VOLUNTEERS HAS JOINED HIM TO BE PART OF HIS JOURNEY
As much hyperactive as his mother, Fabrice has created several significant projects and has met a lot of leaders. Through the artistic collective he created, Free Spirit, more than 350 talent joined his journey. He is convinced that ART can inspire change. He is also conscious that human beings and nature cannot be dissociated. The objective of Free Spirit is to protect life (humans, animals and plants). Fabrice’s commitment is recognized by environmental leaders, personalities and major organizations. He works and collaborates with the United Nations, the European Commission, the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Embassy in Paris, the french Ministry of Ecology, IUCN, IFAW and many others…
